Ivory Egg signs long term supply agreement with Specialist Disability Accommodation provider, Casa Capace
We are pleased to announce that Casa Capace, part of the DPN Group, has signed a long-term supply agreement for the provision of assistive technology from Ivory Egg.
Casa Capace has been developed specifically to cater to Australians requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). The technology provided by Ivory Egg for these projects will mean greater flexibility for residents of these stunning properties.
The partnership with Ivory Egg will drive Casa Capace’s mission to positively influence the lives of thousands of NDIS participants.
The homes themselves have been designed by renowned Architect, Aaron Stevens. In collaboration with NGOs and government entities, these homes exceed the requirements of the NDIS SDA Design Standards. The infrastructure in the home is designed for flexibility to be adapted to suit the resident’s specific needs.
“Partnering with industry leaders, Casa Capace will set a new benchmark in housing design, providing innovative and highly desirable homes for NDIS participants.” Sam Khalil, DPN Group Managing Director
The long-term supply agreement will see a range of home automation technologies go into the properties, including KNX products and the Free@Home solution from ABB.
Ivory Egg Managing Director, Clayton Brown, commented: “We are really proud to be a part of what is such a relevant scheme and part of the all-important NDIS activity going on across Australia.”
“These properties from showcase the power of home automation. More than that, they show just how readily available and, in many cases, affordable the technology is for those who want to take advantage.”
“We’ve been lucky enough to work with great designers and integrators like Dean Parker over at Incontrol Automation to bring the Casa Capace vision to life and really change people’s lives. Any new house being built should settle for nothing less than this standard.”
“Inbuilt home automation is far more efficient than the do-it-yourself gadgets and offers greater control of your home. It is genuinely useful, safe and functional technology. Proper home automation is accessible for all right now and we’re here to help.”
